Lynian Business Solutions was originally formed in 1999 by Ian Eldridge following nearly 30 years of working in multi national oil companies, in UK and overseas, in various senior management positions (MD, General Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager and Planning and Economics Manager in various subsidiary companies)
The objective was to put his experience in running and marketing businesses to good use in supporting small companies in South Wales in their endeavours to grow profitably.
I understand the issues and frustrations affecting small businesses, having run a SME in South Wales for 9 years and advising on behalf of several business support agencies operating on Welsh Assembly Government programmes.
I take a practical approach to helping clients, realising their restraints on time and the difficulties affecting cashflow. The emphasis is on assisting clients develop cost effective programmes that will support the achiement of objectives and sustainable growth.
As a trained DTI Benchmark assessor, I have undertaken numerous business diagnostics (health checks) which have resulted in the vaste majority of clients growing their businesses substantially following the development of focussed action plans.
As an Executive Associate of the Institute of Independent Business (IIB), which, with 5000 members worldwide is the largst organisation of its kind, I have access to expertise in every facet of business, which can be used for the benefit of clients.
